Revenue Estimating Conference adjusts state income

The Revenue Estimating Conference (REC) met Wednesday to review expenditures and receipts for the state in the last quarter. The REC adjusted the estimate downward for 2016, but predicted a moderate increase for 2017 and 2018. The most recent meeting of the REC allows the Legislature to finalize budget targets and move forward with negotiations to end the session.
