Give Back Iowa challenge encourages employer-supported volunteering

On Monday, Gov. Branstad and Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds announced the launch of Give Back Iowa and invited Iowa employers to participate. Give Back Iowa is a six-week initiative where employers encourage employees to volunteer. The governor and lieutenant governor will visit the workplace that achieves the highest average number of volunteer hours per employee from April 14 to May 31.
