February 2, 2017
The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) has sent an action alert to members encouraging individuals to contact their representatives in Congress on key regulatory issues. This week, the U.S. House will consider the repeal of several rules including:
- The “Venting and Flaring Rule”, issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI);
- The “Stream Protection Rule”, also issued by the Department of the Interior (DOI); and,
- The “Federal Contractor Blacklisting Rule” from the Federal Acquisition Regulatory (FAR) Council
