Federal Spotlight: Employer Pay Data Reporting Requirement Halted
September 7, 2017
The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has put a halt to revisions made under the Obama administration to the EEO-1 form. The revisions, adopted to the form last September, would have required employers with at least 100 employees to report on employee pay data, which would have added to the complexity that employers already face when filling out these forms. The current EEO-1 form will continue to be used.
