Federal Spotlight: Attracting Employees to Manufacturing Careers

According to ABI’s partner, the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the labor shortage will continue with very minimal growth each year between 2024 to 2031. However, the manufacturing sector added 349,000 employees last year. According to NAM Chief Economist Chad Moutray, this addition was the most since 1994.
