Election is only 60 days away

The November 8 election is only 60 days away. We need your help to make sure pro-business legislators are elected to the Iowa House and Senate. Here are three ways to get involved and make a difference.

1. Donate to ABI’s political action committee, IIPAC. You can donate online today. With only 60 days left, we need every dollar to dedicate to key legislative races in toss-up districts. Click here to donate.
2. Donate to ABI’s Iowans for Jobs Initiative: The Iowans for Jobs Initiative accepts corporate contributions with the goal of increasing voter education on legislators’ positions on key business issues. This initiative also gets involved in key legal challenges that could have a negative impact on the business climate in Iowa. Your company received a letter last month from ABI President Mike Ralston regarding a contribution to this important fund. If you haven’t yet, click here to contribute now.
3. Host an Employee Voter Registration Drive: Bring the resources directly to your employees by hosting a voter registration drive during Employee Voter registration week September 26-30. Read more about ways to get involved by checking out this week’s ABI Election Update.
