DOT Director Trombino speaks about transportation, energy

Paul Trombino, director of the Iowa Department of Transportation, discussed department efficiencies and technological advancements when he addressed the ABI Economic Growth Committee on Tuesday. Trombino also talked about the DOT’s partnership with the Iowa Economic Development Authority to develop an Iowa Energy Plan, which will synthesize existing state energy goals and strategies that are beneficial for the state, as well as an outline, new goals and strategies to position Iowa for the future.
