DOR Seeks Volunteers for Modernization Focus Groups

The Iowa Department of Revenue (DOR) is currently in the process of modernizing its tax and license administration system. The program will be implemented in four separate one-year rollouts (business filers, corporate filers, individual filers and others). Each rollout will include a new modern e-services portal with the goal of providing efficiencies for Iowa taxpayers. The DOR is giving ABI members the opportunity to test drive the new system and help improve its functionality and usability.
