ABI comments on DNR rulemaking

Jessica Harder, ABI's Director, Public Policy spoke before the Environmental Protection Commission on Wednesday in support of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) proposed rules on antidegradation. ABI along with the League of Cities and the Municipal Utilities, initially petitioned DNR to get the rule clarified. DNR made some changes to the proposed rule and it was unanimously approved by the EPC. It now goes before the Administrative Rules Review Committee once more for final approval.
