Yanney appointed to Enhance Iowa Board

Past ABI Chair Charese Yanney of Guarantee Roofing and Siding was among those appointed this week to the Enhance Iowa Board, which will carry on the economic development-related duties of the Vision Iowa Board. Appointees are subject to Senate confirmation. ABI supported SF 2308, the bill that unanimously passed both chambers and created the board. The board’s mission is to help fund projects in Iowa that will enhance the quality of life. One component to a qualified workforce is having amenities for employees to do outside of work. The first meeting of the Enhance Iowa Board will likely be in September.
