The United States Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service issued guidance yesterday that now allows for deductions of payments for eligible expenses under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The guidance reflects changes that were implemented in the latest COVID-19 relief bill recently signed into law by President Trump.
