Senator Joe Seng passed away, services are Saturday

Senator and veterinarian Joe Seng (D-Davenport) passed away last weekend after battling a brain tumor. Seng was a political figure for more than 20 years, and will be missed by many. Funeral services and a mass for Seng will be held in Davenport on Saturday morning.
