Property tax credit applications due July 1

Did you purchase a new commercial or industrial property this year? Have you taken advantage of the business property tax credit after it passed in 2013? Don’t forget you must have your application to the county assessor by July 1, 2016. If you have already filed for this credit, you do not need to refile.
