Iowa Business Day on Hill hugely successful

ABI once again partnered with the National Federation of Independent Business to sponsor Iowa Business Day on the Hill. The 2016 Day on the hill was a huge success with Speaker of the House Linda Upmeyer and Majority Leader Chris Hagenow speaking to ABI members on Monday and Tuesday. BIPAC CEO Jim Gerlach and NFIB lobbyist Jordan Forbes also addressed the group. Dozens of members also took the opportunity to visit the Capitol, speak with lawmakers and watch as the Iowa Senate debated. To top it off, the Legislature passed a bill addressing two of ABI's top priorities. Thank you to all who attended.
