This month, there have been several updates on the environmental regulation front. Several ABI members have continued to be involved in discussions regarding the new air permit fees for major and minor source construction permits, and operating permit applications. In addition, there are several more updates on water quality, the Clean Power plan, ozone standards, and upcoming meetings.
