November 19, 2015

Gov. Terry Branstad intervened in a case pending in the U.S. District Court of North Dakota Southwestern Division against the EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and their overreaching Waters of the U.S. rule. ABI has been vocal in opposing the proposed rule. Last fall ABI President Mike Ralston joined Gov. Branstad, Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds, Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey and various state leaders for a roundtable discussion about the proposed WOTUS rule and the challenges the rule will have on Iowa businesses large and small.
