Employer Innovation Fund Applications Being Accepted

Gov. Reynolds announced last Friday that applications for the Future Ready Iowa Employer Innovation Fund may now be submitted. Applicants can file and submit their proposals via IowaGrants.gov by August 1. Eligible applicants include employers, employer consortiums, community organizations and other entities. The Employer Innovation Fund will award grants to support initiatives that help provide postsecondary credential attainment for Iowans. Iowa Workforce Development will review the applications, and awardees will be notified by September 1. The $1.2 million funding for the Employer Innovation Fund was a top priority for ABI during this past legislative session.
