DNR Stakeholder Meeting on Water Rules Next Week

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is holding a stakeholder meeting via Zoom to discuss several proposed changes to the Iowa Administrative Code regarding separation distances, wastewater, general permits, sludge, private sewage disposal systems and operator certification. The chapters included in the proposed rulemaking are 40, 41, 43, 49, 60, 62, 63, 64, 67, 69 and 81. The Zoom meeting will be on Feb. 3, 2021, from 1-3 p.m. Register for the meeting here.
