Deadline for IIPAC Recognition in ABI Directory is Less Than Two Weeks Away
October 22, 2020
Monday, Nov. 2, 2020, is the last day to contribute to IIPAC and be recognized in the 2021 edition of ABI's annual printed member directory, the Business Resource Guide. Each year we recognize those who have invested in the Iowa Industry Political Action Committee (IIPAC). Please consider making a 2020 contribution to IIPAC so we may note your participation.
As Mike Ralston is fond of saying, “IIPAC money doesn’t do us any good in the bank.” The IIPAC board followed that axiom and has deployed almost all of its resources into the Nov. 3 Statehouse elections. That is where it belongs, but we can count on needing to tap IIPAC funds early in 2021 for legislative leadership and events that have been traditionally held in early January. There is also the potential for a special election in the Iowa Senate if Sen. Mariannette Miller-Meeks wins her bid for Congress. We will want to help make sure she is replaced by a strong pro-business senator, and that requires the involvement of IIPAC.
Please let us recognize you as an IIPAC contributor working to promote pro-business, pro-growth policies for Iowa. To make a contribution and be recognized in the 2021 Business Resource Guide, you can give directly online here.
