Alcohol bill passes House

On Tuesday, House File 308 passed the Iowa House of Representatives with a vote of 95-4. ABI supported this bill, which the aligned the Iowa blood alcohol content standard with the more strict federal standard for employers with alcohol testing policies. The bill encourages workplace safety and eases compliance issues. It will move to the Senate for consideration.
