Administrative Rules Review Committee

The Administrative Rules Review Committee met Tuesday to consider several agencies' proposed rules. Highlights include a notice rule that clarifies the identity verification process used when claims for unemployment insurance benefits are filed, and a notice rule containing confidentiality provisions when it comes to food safety complaints. The ARRC also approved filed rules related to the Future Ready Iowa's Last Dollar Scholarship Program and the Skilled Workforce Grant Program.
