ABI testifies before Administrative Rules Review Committee

Nicole Crain on Tuesday testified before the Administrative Rules Review Committee on proposed fees for air quality, an issue of great significance for many ABI members.
The proposal is the result of legislation passed during the 2015 session that proposed establishing fees for small and large sources who need construction permits to operate their facility in Iowa. Click here for ABI’s remarks. Public hearings on the rule will begin next week.
The first hearing is in Council Bluffs, followed by meetings in Des Moines and Davenport.
