I hope this letter finds you well and thriving in your endeavors. As a fellow advocate for progress and prosperity in Iowa, I am thrilled to share with you an exciting initiative that promises to bolster our state's workforce and communities further.

For nearly 50 years, Kading has served as a leader in workforce housing in Iowa. With more than 25 living communities spread across the state, we remain committed to developing, building, and managing ease-of-living leasable homes that serve as vital support systems for Iowa's manufacturing and business sectors. Today, I am proud to announce the launch of our Hometown Tours initiative, a groundbreaking move that underscores our dedication to fostering vibrant communities across Iowa. Hometown Tours offers Iowa towns the opportunity to showcase their unique charm and vitality, all while vying for the chance to become Kading's next workforce housing community.

This summer, in the spirit of exploration and discovery, Kading will embark on a one-week, multi-stop bus tour across the state. Our goal? To visit, view, and engage in meaningful conversations with residents and city leaders about the pressing need for workforce housing in their communities. By immersing ourselves in the heart of Iowa's towns, we hope to gain valuable insights that will inform our decisions regarding future Kading developments.
