This inaugural experience is designed to foster the sharing of ideas and interests important to our network through captivating talks and guided discussion. Organized by Leadership Iowa alums to gather and feature Leadership Iowa alums. 

LI NEXT empowers engaged Leadership Iowa alumni to share their expertise and experiences in brief solution-oriented presentations and civic-minded conversation. The agenda will include a wide range of topics chosen and crafted to be immediately useful to participants.

As we continuously work to answer what comes next, after the Leadership Iowa experience and in answering our own callings, this is a forum to collaborate and conceptualize with other leaders and innovators. We want to spark conversation, connection and community.
