DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) announces that President Nicole Crain has been appointed to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 (CCC100).
The CCC100 is a distinguished group of chamber executives and business leaders from across the country who advise the U.S. Chamber’s board of directors, enhance lobbying and coalition work, recommend programming, and strengthen outreach to the business and chamber communities.
“It is an honor to represent Iowa on the U.S. Chamber’s Committee of 100,” said Crain. “I look forward to collaborating with other chamber leaders to shape policies and initiatives that strengthen businesses both in our state and across the nation. This opportunity allows me to bring Iowa’s business voice to the national stage and contribute to meaningful discussions that impact our economy.”
Crain joined ABI in 2007 and was named President in 2025. She has been a strong advocate for Iowa’s business community, championing economic growth, workforce development, and pro-business policies. Under her leadership, ABI continues to be a driving force in advancing Iowa’s business climate and fostering connections between industry leaders.
“The CCC100 has a long-standing reputation as one of the most prestigious appointments in the chamber community,” said Sara Armstrong, Vice President and Managing Director of Federation Relations and Coalition Partnerships at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “These appointments reflect our continued dedication to naming diverse, high-profile leaders to serve on this important committee.”
