ABI Welcomes Michele Farrell as Vice President of Member and Investor Relations

DES MOINES, Iowa – The Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) is pleased to announce that Michele Farrell joins as Vice President of Member and Investor Relations, effective April 28, 2023.
Michele was most recently CEO and owner of Measured Intentions, a marketing communications firm that specialized in helping clients set and achieve measurable marketing and business development goals. For over ten years, Michele has also acted in an advisory role to ABI as part of its Board of Directors and the program manager of Elevate Advanced Manufacturing, a statewide, integrated marketing campaign to promote careers and educational pathways in advanced manufacturing.
“Michele’s background as a business owner, investor, and community leader gives her a perfect lens from which to advance ABI,” said Mike Ralston, ABI President. “Further, her leadership in fundraising, her demonstrated commitment to ABI and the ABI Foundation, her personal work to build Elevate Iowa/Elevate Advanced Manufacturing, and so many other factors make her the perfect person for this new role.”
As Vice President of Member and Investor Relations, Michele’s role will be strategic, focused on member, investor, and organizational development for ABI and the ABI Foundation.
