Congratulations for making the great decision to attend Business Horizons! You are in for a fantastic experience. Below you will find the application form for Business Horizons 2019. This year’s program will be held July 14-18 at Central College in Pella.

There are two ways to submit your application:

    1. Complete and submit the form below, then follow the payment instructions provided upon submission.
    2. Download a pdf application to submit by mail. Mailing instructions are provided on the form.

Cost: The total cost to attend is $385. This covers lodging and all meals, materials and activities for the week. However, please make note of our two discount deadlines:

  • Apply before May 10:  $60 discount ($325)
  • Apply between May 11-June 10:  $35 discount ($350)

Please provide your participation payment at the same time or immediately following submission of your application. Payments can be made online by credit card or by check.
