The Elevate Iowa Manufacturing Tour is a statewide initiative designed to showcase the exciting career opportunities available in advanced manufacturing across Iowa. Through visits to manufacturing facilities around the state, the tour connects students, educators, and job seekers with Iowa's leading manufacturers for an inside look at modern production environments and the innovation, technology, and skilled career pathways that power Iowa's economy. The 2026 tour route will be announced at the Taking Care of Business Conference in June, with additional details to follow.

Elevate Iowa
Elevate Advanced Manufacturing is a statewide, integrated marketing initiative of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry Foundation to promote careers and educational pathways in advanced manufacturing. This begins with building a positive perception of these careers while addressing misconceptions of work environment, safety and wages. In addition, the Elevate Scholarship Program supports Iowa students pursuing advanced manufacturing education, helping strengthen the pipeline of skilled talent for our state’s future.
